A concert of songs to the lute, framed in a seasonal context. While none of them are in any sense a Christmas song, they are all associated with one or more of the things referenced in the "The Twelve Days of Christmas". The composers involved include John Dowland, Thomas Campion, Orlando Gibbons, Thomas Morley, Thomas Ravenscroft, Jacques Arcadelt and Jose Marin. Soprano Jane Hunt will be accompanied by Din Ghani on lute and baroque guitar.
