Chantement Cordiale

Museum of Bath Architecture, Bath

6.30pm

Musicke in the Ayre’s second Autumn foray in the Countess of Huntingdon’s Chapel straddles the English Channel of the 16th and 17th centuries. Northern songbird Carmel Edwards flies South to sing to Din Ghani’s lute in an exploration of the timeless genre of solo voice with acoustic plucked strings, with songs that would have been heard on either side of La Manche.
